Shipping policy

Every Address Collection bag is custom printed to order for your chosen suburb and building. 

Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.  As each bag is made for you, a little patience is greatly appreciated.

We are currently offering complimentary delivery within Australia while we get started.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.  Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order.  

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.  If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

If your order is delayed or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help investigate.
